I purchased my new "Canoscan N640P ex" yesterday and I cannot run the drivers without my whole system freezing up as mentioned. I am running Windows 98 on a Pentium 133. Our system meets all the minimum requirements listed.
Is there an update for the driver software that will work on my machine? Do you have a generic driver?
