I am using XP Professional and Photoshop 7.01. I am scanning 42bit 4000dpi and for some reason after the scan is complete, I try to save the file with Photoshop, and it gets to the point where it asks for a file name, and photoshop just closes without saving the file. I was successfully doing this procedure last week. Any clues where to turn?
